Two Important Core Beliefs

One core belief that will enable you to manifest is a core belief that allows you to believe, understand or know that you are first a being. That being has manifested him or herself as a physical creature commonly referred to as human. Start from that perspective of beliefs. It should not be difficult or far-fetched or unbelievable for you to grasp that understanding and awareness. You should certainly be able to feel that and sense that quite easily.
Following that core belief is another that allows you to understand, feel and believe that the being that you are is magnificent and has power and majesty and the free will to create any physical circumstance that is within the physical laws of nature. You must understand, know or believe that no force or entity, no luck, fate, destiny or God is keeping you from experiencing any circumstance that you desire to experience, unless you believe that. Only you and your beliefs can keep you from what you want.

Using The Dream State

Since one third of your present existence is spent in the dream state and since so much activity occurs in this state of mind, it would seem only logical to consider and explore possibilities that can be both extremely enjoyable and beneficial. Each time you experience some knee-jerk reaction to a new way of thinking, realize that this is because of your present education, understanding, and conditioning, and represents your particular developed belief structures. If you see the thought of using of the dream state for previously unconsidered purposes as some far-fetched idea then ask yourself why you think that is far fetched. Are your dreams far-fetched? Is you your “self” far-fetched or the opposite. What is the opposite, near fetched, realistic, and down to earth? Why don’t you remain realistic and down to earth as you dream and in your dreams, then?
Understand that the place that you go in your dreams is other than physical and, as you may or may not have yet proved to yourself, can be every bit as real as your waking existence. It is a major part of your current existence…it is daily (or nightly)…and it is your life in the non-physical realm of “conscious-thought-existence”. It is this, for each and every other person who is currently physically alive or currently physically deceased.
Dealing With Uncomfortable Emotions And Feelings

Your own attitude, understanding and beliefs about the circumstances that you observe in relation to others and the circumstances that you observe in relation to yourself are certainly controllable by you. Attitudes, beliefs and understanding are built or developed by you and they indicate your own growth and awareness levels. They can create comfort or pain.
When you find yourself drowning in some particular emotion and you sense that you are experiencing a level of emotion that is uncomfortable and unnatural, again, you can shut off the emotion by simply shifting your concentration to other thoughts away from the focus of the particular emotion. This is not difficult and as basic as it might sound will allow your subconscious mind to better deal with the situation and offer you new perspectives on the problem area.
