The Power Of Your Beliefs

The feeling of personal belief in one’s “self” can be more overwhelmingly apparent than the conscious recognition of the belief. It can take some time to “know” what you feel and put that into conscious thought or verbalized descriptions.

If you can not see the apparent power of individual beliefs that is everywhere present in the daily life of each and every person, then I can only suggest that you open your eyes and your mind and look around and within.

As you consider example after example of these elements of manifestation; Imagination, Desire, Belief, Expectation and Appropriate Action, you can begin to form an “overall attitude” of belief and an “overall feeling” of expectation. That attitude and that feeling, more than any other singular aspect, will speed your manifestations on the physical plane. Without that attitude and feeling, it is virtually impossible to achieve the key elements of belief and expectation.

Creative Daydreaming

We all can sense the difference between a “daydream” and a sleeping dream. You seem to have much more conscious control over the daydream. The daydream is usually much more “realistic”. In the daydream you imagine an experience that you desire and you visualize it within the limits of your creature-form. I am not saying all the time, just generally speaking, the daydream will be dealing with circumstances that more closely duplicate physical reality.

In the daydream you can instantly get and try a circumstance…no matter what it is. While daydreaming, you can “play out” or carry a situation to any extent or limit that you can imagine. Daydreaming, which in other terms is just “planning” or “outcome thinking”, is an essential element for not only deciding WHAT you truly want but for “experiencing” some of the ramifications of getting it and creating it.

Spiritual Grace

In the Christian religion, Jesus is perceived, certainly, as a great authority. He is perceived as a great authority even by people who do not consider themselves to be Christian. In the New Testament, many authors wrote of what he said…his sayings…his words…his statements. There are stories of his message to mankind. He was in a physical body and he was performing, what are still, today, considered to be, miracles.

Certain stories of healings point up an interesting interpretation of what he was saying as he healed different afflictions. When someone said to him, “Jesus, you have healed me”, he would say, “You have healed yourself, according to your faith” or “so be it, according to your faith. This is to say, according to your beliefs and expectations. The word faith is defined as: “complete confidence and trust” or “a religious belief system”. Your “faith” takes into consideration all that you believe, desire and expect.

He constantly made reference to the power of the individual’s beliefs and he said “the kingdom of God is within you”.  The place that God resides is within the individual.  So, if his words are up for interpretation, why not base your interpretations on your true feelings?

It is not my intention to offend those who hold various beliefs about God or Jesus or any of the great and Holy prophets or masters throughout history. It is my intention to explore and examine the messages throughout history that lead to an understanding and a respect for the dignity and power of each and every human being.

As you look for some authority for your answers as to the great mysteries of life, you might come, eventually, to the understanding that there is no greater authority than you. You are the authority on your life and what you believe and what you know. It is your interpretations of what you learn that are most important to you.

When you hear people say that your body is a temple or a vehicle, ask your “self”…. a temple or vehicle for WHAT? Who or what is in there? This is who you truly are. What magic and magnificence is contained there inside? What power is inherent and clothed by this flesh? You can easily FEEL those answers. You are just brilliant enough to feel that.

God

Advertisers, religions, teachers, friends and loved ones can tell you how to live your entire life. They will tell you what you should do and what you shouldn’t. They will explain to you about all of the appropriate action you should take in your life. Parents can do that, as you well know.

So if what you imagine, believe, desire and expect was not that important or powerful, why is almost everyone trying to affect or influence those elements within you? I hope the answer is obvious and can be seen by you and proven to you by your observations.

It is important. It is powerful. I have said this before and I say it again. I am not trying to tell you what to believe or desire or expect or imagine. I am merely pointing out that you should take notice of the evidence, that these elements; belief, desire, imagination, and expectation, are the tools of creation.

There is a book which has been called the “God Book” entitled Manifesting the Ultimate: Perfect Health, Massive Wealth, True Love and Infinite Happiness.  You can read two free chapters and a complete chapters summary at http://www.millionaireinternet.com.  It received the nickname God book because it is one of the finest books dealing with the God within you that allows you to manifest the four elements in the title
