THE SPECIFICS OF HAPPINESS

It does not do much good to say you want happiness without being more specific.  If you are unhappy, it is really not that difficult to pinpoint the areas with which you are less than pleased.  Even if you break down the general area of happiness into the big three…Health, Wealth and Love…you still must be more specific.

Being unhappy usually has to do with being in a set of circumstances that you do not want and wanting other circumstances that you do not know how to obtain quickly.  You can sit around forever and say I am unhappy and I want to be happy, it will get you nowhere.  It will do you no good to go to someone and say why am I unhappy?  Only you can answer that question.

It is important to first look at what you want and what is missing in your life, knowing that all present conditions are changeable and controllable by you.  Being very specific is of the utmost importance.  Identify SPECIFICALLY what is it that you want.  What, specifically, is missing that you feel will help to make you happy or satisfied?  Use your imagination thoroughly and vividly.
